Doesn’t seem reliable
I see four possibilities:
RINOs get nervous. Trump says he will hype up anyone who sides with him to the crowd. This gives RINOs an out to do the right thing. We win.
RINOs do not get nervous. Trump sics the crowd of patriots after them. We win.
RINOs do not get nervous. Trump does nothing. We go home. We lose.
RINOs do not get nervous. Trump does nothing. Crowd decides to burn down Congress anyways. We win?
In two scenarios we win, one scenario we maybe win, and one scenario we lose. I like those odds.
I think Jan 6 will be a celebration, not a revolt.
