What are your ideas for additions to the most meaningful and important documents in human history next to only the Bible (which isn't a document)?

I want subtractions, not additions. We need a sane tax system that doesn't punish success or reward failure, so that income tax amendment has to go. We also should slowly migrate back to the gold standard and defang the Fed, and get them out of our lives.

Get SCOTUS back to what Jefferson barely accepted-- basically the equivalent of a small claims court for states to sue each other, nothing else. Jefferson didn't want it to begin with and it was never meant to be a co equal branch. If it isn't original jurisdiction, they never hear it. Also some curbs and checks in place when it comes to appellate courts and circuit courts. Do something about "standing".

No term limits, but a mechanism for state legislatures to recall state senators, and state house of reps to recall federal representatives with a referendum from the people. I would like to see the whole business of the people voting for senators go away also, get that back to where it was meant to be. The same for president, but I doubt that would happen.

Across the board federal voting reform, with standardized processes in place for all states. And an amendment that makes it VERY clear election day is ELECTION DAY. NO counting after midnight, or instant nullification of the votes and any electors.
