That speech was prerecorded. A screenshot was posted that showed the live camera was showing and angle that you could see the stage, podium, speaker, and video display screens. The video screens in the "Jeep Stadium" were displaying Biden speaking but you could see in the camera shot that Biden wasn't there on stage behind. They cut to the speech from Biden to make it appear he was there.
