Yeah something fishy is going on with this, goddamnit!!! They stickied it after 1am when everyone was asleep ONLY AFTER THERE WERE HUNDREDS OF REQUESTS FOR IT TO BE STICKIED when the speech was already HOURS OLD. Then it was unstickied when everyone woke up this morning. What the hell. Seriously.
