Technically yes....

No, his advisors are informing him not to because "it's not constitutional".

It would be useful if he did do it, the very fact the corona ominus bill tries to prevent him from using it means it would probably work.

He could also just say fuck it, because the constitution is toilet paper by now anyway. The judges don't seem to give a fuck about it either. Governors neither. Mayors neither. The career politicians neither.

So why should the president be the only one adhering to it and therefore allowing the constitution to fully disintegrate forever?

I agree, I've been considering the same contengency plan pathway President Trump could take.

Yeah but what if the swamp collectively decides to ignore Trump invoking the insurrection act?

Ok, he is going to fight. Now, Mr President make sure Mike Pence acts upon that which the Constitution compels him to do given the corruption of the Presidential Election - refuse Electors from the sullied States and let the House vote (1 Elector per State).

I wonder if he's partly preparing people for when Pence tells legislatures to decide between the electors tomorrow.

or maybe pence will refuse fake elector votes, because that's what they are, fraudulent. hope we get to victory before that.

"Every legal and constitutional tool" he says :)

Hmm, EO 13848, please? :D

Regardless, this is very reassuring!

We're past the point of "legal tools". Whatever it takes means WHATEVER it takes. Even if it includes kidnapping someone ans waterboarding them until they spill info. Once the country is saved, it won't matter.
