No, his advisors are informing him not to because "it's not constitutional".

It would be useful if he did do it, the very fact the corona ominus bill tries to prevent him from using it means it would probably work.

He could also just say fuck it, because the constitution is toilet paper by now anyway. The judges don't seem to give a fuck about it either. Governors neither. Mayors neither. The career politicians neither.

So why should the president be the only one adhering to it and therefore allowing the constitution to fully disintegrate forever?
