Had a good friend who is mixed race (black and white) explain to me the culture of dark skin Vs light skin in the black community. It was extremely sad. He admitted that whites treat him much better over all, but he was basically not light enough for the whites and not dark enough for the blacks. We would workout together and black people he knew at our gym would joke about him non stop.
Similar story, my buddy was a security guard and his boss was a Gambian. Guy was black as night apparently.
It was a civil war between making fun of his accent and "black ass" and him berating his American Black subordinates for being white chocolate or something lol.

I have a little privilege being a lighter skinned black person who is gorgeous...and what people say about some black women is true, and I dont care...actually, I do care because I work hard to have the body and appearance that I do and I'm sick of the racist comments and the black women who inspire the racist comments by fulfilling the stereotype. Nah, you guys use too many generalizing statements. That is important, whether you guys think so or not. I know none of you will listen and will dig your heels in deeper because it's fun to go online and offend, offend, but it influences inner narratives of others who may want to form alliances. You said you're a white middle easterner, and I'm curious if it bothers you when people make declarative statements about all middle easterners being terrorists or being a barbaric society. Bullshit, and of course you dont fit that stereotype but nevertheless something in you would still be offended, especially if the subject of discussion is really one that is petty and unproductive. Now if this post was about ghetto ass fat leftist black women and blue haired fat white women, it goes over better to at least poke fun at everyone on that side, not just certain people.
