Lol. You must be young. Do you not recall white flight? Black neighborhoods have ALWAYS been high crime, why do you think the crime bill was written? Blacks have a crab pot mentality. Success through proper channels (education, running a LEGAL business etc) is discouraged because it's acting "white" Black kids who want to succeed outside of sports/drugs/music are ostricized, assaulted and rejected by the "community" because they "think they're too good" for the hood.
