They then send the money back en masse tax-free again and take advantage of our superior dollar to live like kings down south after a few decades of working.

I knew welfare queens in WA that got close to 75k/yr in benefits across the board and still scraped by due to poor fiscal health. 75k/yr in benefits in WV would have you living like a king regardless of how you spent it.

Also, I just wanted to add that 54.6% of blacks are on welfare while 54.1% of Hispanics are on welfare. Not a huge difference.
