Of course they do! They make 100x what they would in Mexico and none of it is taxed! So on paper they have "zero income" and are allowed to take welfare AND jobs from American citizens. They then send the money back en masse tax-free again and take advantage of our superior dollar to live like kings down south after a few decades of working.
