No doubt he probably had offers of hundreds of millions to stab Trump in the back, and has had his family safety threatened constantly. A true man of God staying loyal to the President who trusted him to the fullest.

Bernie would have conceded Nov 7th while they were still finding votes for Biden, and bought his next additional vacation home by now.
