Well, considering for the first time in over 125 yrs states have sent multiple electors... I do not see a big stretch of the VP refusing all of them - keeping either candidate from reaching 270.

None of them are official until accepted by Congress. Pence has the authority and obligation to not accept them as the states are contested.

Not true. Especially since the state officials used coercion to certify it. Coercion gives Pence the right to reject their certification.
