3099 NO FOREIGN AID. This is the 2nd busiest bridge in the US. It’s 57yrs old & carries 170,000 vehicles/day, almost double its design capacity. It’s been awaiting replacement for years but Feds claimed there was no funding. It just reopened after nearly being destroyed by fire 40 days ago.
