I strongly suspect this.. I think the effect will take years to develop fully... Girls and Women of children bearing age should not take the vaccine under any circumstance, their risk from the virus is practically nill... They may force the vaccine to work, travel, or go to school prepare and plan for this eventuality now..
Remember the effect must be subtle and take effect slowly.. If they Sterilized the majority of humanity in a year or two the entire global ruling class would all be hunted down and Killed in ugly ways.. Observe birth rates in the coming years and remember because They will try their best to hide the cause of the decline...
The smartest people I know have farms out in the stix and frighteningly intelligent children - untaxed and homeschooled. Literal Übermenschen compared to the slack jawed city kids....AND THE ADULTS. It's gonna take a minute but things are gonna get better.
