Aside from Sidney, Rudy and a few others I really hate all these fucking lawyers. Gather 'em up and throw 'em all in the Rubicon. Then bring the Generals up to the front lines, starting with Flynn.

I think you've assumed the rubicon is the river Washington crossed, but it's a river in Italy that Caesar crossed.

Democratic republic - a state in which the supreme power rests in the body of citizens entitled to vote for officers and representatives responsible to them.

We lost our Republic on Nov. 3rd. Or, more accurately, the dark hours of the morning of the 4th. We need the Military to get it back; not lawyers.

It’s hard to even call this a Republic at this point. It’s a failed state that is in its last throes of life. If Biden wins it’s done, unless some crazy shit happens.

The problem is that a lot of people in the USA and the greater world are as dumb as dogs. They just live in the moment and follow the flow.

I can’t blame the politicians for screwing us again and again, because we keep letting them. Things seem to be changing in the last 4 years. More and more Patriots are being created.

Gonna hope for the best in the following weeks.

Well there didn't even say crossing the rubicon, throw them in the rubicon is different.

But, Julius & Augustus, after a dictatorship, formed the Roman empire from which most of America is based on.

Not ideal, but whether it's necessary is questionable

Can't we just settle for a river in the western hemisphere? Save a lot of fuel.

If you tried to take the government to court in the Soviet Union, the results were predictable. Law enforcement and the courts harassed and penalized dissidents while covering up the most massive crimes committed by the government.

Considering Flynn, Hunter Biden, and all the other examples, we are getting closer and closer to that situation.

Let me tell you how true this is! I am a father of two beautiful children whom I was very close with. I was divorced in 2007 and because our judiciary no longer abides by the laws as written and do not follow the constitution I was raped of the majority of my money and my relationship with my children. I never thought I would live to see the day that the president of the United States would go through and experience the kafakesque state of our judicial system...and yet here we are.

Sorry sir. You will have to remove this post. It doesn’t have ‘Standing’

1
defiant_liberty 1 point ago +1 / -0

IMHO, federal law should require judges to hear pertinent election cases.

I suppose once you get a stupid judge allowing a stupid lawyer a stupid judgement, precedent, precedent, precedent. Its all about the precedent at that point and the law is basically ignored.

This is a beautifully titled post. There is 'no legal standing' for whichever option you pick.

You've spelled it wrong. It's the Department of Just Us.

It's probably better to be judged by a computer at this point. At least if you can code it without leftists getting their fingers in the code.

Bill Gates might dispute that.

The USA does not have a justice system. You can’t sue before. You can’t sue during. You can’t sue after.

Well, not if you're a Republican, no.

But if you're a demonrat (or a Most Favored Minority), you have license to sue anyone, at any time, for anything you damn well please.

In the past the systems of segregation between the “quality” and the serfs was physical as well as psychological. Today those systems are psychological more than physical. If you control one’s mind there is no need to control one’s actions. The systems have power because we relinquish OUR power to them.
