I've heard Breyer and Roberts will soon be given little choice in the matter. Hope it is true. They should at least recuse themselves from any case that concerns Trump.

Once corrupted officials lose their power they become a liability with no benefit to those with real power... Isn't it odd how tenaciously these people cling to their "jobs" into their 80's.. Perhaps they know as soon as they lose power their days are very short. Elderly people dying with no overt sign of foul play or unique pathological markers do not get autopsied with a toxicology work up, they just die.
