No. He said no competing electors were at the electoral college vote. Rand said the key to this fight is at the state level. He also threw in a little doomerism "we'll do better next time"
Hilarious. No competing electors were sent to the electoral college vote. January 6th is when their legal status will come in handy.
You HAVE to designated alternate electors for them to be valid replacements on January 6th.
