So far:

  • Admitted ballots can be (and were) scanned more than once in the Dominion machines (though only one time).
  • Admitted out-of-state voters voted in this election, but blamed it on inadequate federal and state laws.
  • Admitted the "Consent Order" was actually a settlement agreement and that the SOS office provided guidance to each county to follow the terms of the settlement agreement (which violates state law).

GOOD STUFF. Keep it coming!

Was it mentioned that the plaintiffs in the lawsuit were Georgia's Democratic Party? So the state's SoS has "reached an agreement" regarding the election with one political party.

Yea, that's the trick. You sue and we'll settle, thus giving you extralegal means to change election law. DNC is 4th branch of gov lol

So justice when?

Guessing it's going to take some kind of counter leverage on SCOTUS to get them to act on the Elector's clause. Or local GA judges, who knows. At this point, legislatures are the means to wrest power back (really easy to do to, except they are mostly cucked).

Yes, it was. And that the Republicans were not present.

More:

  • Admitted mobile (RV) voting took place, but claims it was "legal." Georgia House challenged that contention.
  • Admitted the "Settlement/Consent Decree" did not contain any discussions about moving to ID rather than signature match.

  • Admitted that if someone tried to change ballots via software, they would be caught and should be prosecuted. (My question: OK, then let us audit the machines...)

  • Georgia House states they sent SOS a letter on 11/28 requesting a signature audit be engaged, and a written response was not received, but a verbal response was received from SOS Office. Apparently, they claimed they didn't have authority for a signature audit, yet, apparently, the SOS is doing a signature audit-lite now. What changed? Office dumbfounded -- no good response.

The Black Liberal Representative just mentioned there is a "long history of voter suppression" and "voting by absentee is a difficult process."

Throw out the race card to justify the fraud. That's the real issue in this election. That's why courts won't touch this.

Ridiculous.
