Thomas Wictor was talking about this before anybody on Twitter or Gateway Pundit. The subtext is he and Pence had been working together back in August while Miller was still just a Mil Intel guy and hadn't talked to each other since. He was clearly talking about INTELLIGENCE operations based on context: maybe foreign interference in elections, maybe the poison in the Covid vaccine, maybe both of those together. Miller said that we have been through some heavy stuff. We will likely see the fruit of this operation next month.
