Went to Walmart with my dad to buy a Christmas present for my nephew. We walk in and this shriveled up menopausal shrew of a door greeted asks if we have masks. I say no and get a cart. She steps closer and says I have to have a mask. I ask if it’s a store policy or a state policy. She said it’s a state law. I said it’s a mandate, not a law, and a mandate is meaningless. She then tries emotional manipulation, saying her mask protects me and mine protects her. I asked if hers wasn’t working. I told her a mask on a healthy person is a muzzle, and I’m healthy. Then I told her, look I’m just here to buy a Christmas present for a child. We’ll go somewhere else. I go to put the cart up and she huffs and says “Fiiiiine. Go on then.” And then she waved us through into the store. We were the only maskless people in there, and we held our heads high. Keep resisting!

So find a lawyer that will take the case and do so. Most of them will work under the "if you win I get a cut from the settlement or judgement, and if you don't then I get nothing" so it costs you nothing to do so.
This is why the left are so willing to do what they do. Our side doesn't fight back hard enough. Just the threat of a lawsuit is usually enough to make these companies back down and the people that kicked you out shitcanned for getting the company into the position in the first place. They would do worse to you, so go find a lawyer and file.
