I admittedly do not know much about most of those Presidents. I'd be curious to read some of the reasoning behind these rankings, especially from other pedes. I'm surprised how high Obama and Wilson rated.
I go by if your wondering higher or lower than give the higher. Obama did a couple good things and a couple bad. I was wondering A or B. Wilson won WW1 for us and created the precursor to the untied nations... and the Fed. But at the time they were really good things for us but eventually corrupted. He set the stage for FDR to make some great accomplishments
