Do people really think congress is charitable enough to pay for gender studies programs in Afghanistan and dance classes in Kenya when they won’t even give Americans a measly $600 relief payment? I’m no expert but looking at the random shit they are funding just screams money laundering.

funding NGOs to go and be activists, always using tax money, is the new money model for Democrats... here's a simplified version of the cycle
activists get Democrats elected --> Democrats raise taxes --> Democrats give tax money to NGOs --> NGOs give money to Democrat campaigns and hire other democrat operated NGOs --> Democrats get reelected and raise taxes --> repeat
It could really be a money laundering scheme...at this point, I do not put anything past our corrupted government. I'm actually more surprised that these rotten politicians have not just come out and said it openly.

foreign aid has always been a kickback scheme....the foreign countries kickback money to whomever supports the foreign aid in congress.....They always make up some good sounding reason why they need to do it but it is nearly always bogus and really once they get the money they can do whatever they want with it without accounting for how it's spent.....
The "charities" have conditions. Primary is that an American "party" is running the "charity". That's the kick back.
