Do people really think congress is charitable enough to pay for gender studies programs in Afghanistan and dance classes in Kenya when they won’t even give Americans a measly $600 relief payment? I’m no expert but looking at the random shit they are funding just screams money laundering.

The "charities" have conditions. Primary is that an American "party" is running the "charity". That's the kick back.
