Do people really think congress is charitable enough to pay for gender studies programs in Afghanistan and dance classes in Kenya when they won’t even give Americans a measly $600 relief payment? I’m no expert but looking at the random shit they are funding just screams money laundering.

foreign aid has always been a kickback scheme....the foreign countries kickback money to whomever supports the foreign aid in congress.....They always make up some good sounding reason why they need to do it but it is nearly always bogus and really once they get the money they can do whatever they want with it without accounting for how it's spent.....
