I feel its disgraceful. But It's a form of protest but you should be able to burn any flag and not fear consequences. Since you can get charged with a hate crime for burning a BLM or Gay flag then burning of your own countries flag should be a hate crime also. all or none. this is black or white situation there is no grey area.
