Not hard to figure out. The post was in fact stickied. Stickied posts are only stickied for one hour or so. The only reason the "Daddy" post is still stickied is to let people know to be in Washington on the 6th.
Not my fault Trump released his speech last night past 9 pm at night. Hence probably why the post was stickied in the middle of the night.
