My point is that turtle, nor anyone else, can override the potus veto.
That is why I put article 1, section 7.
Section 7: Legislative Process
All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills.
Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States; If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law.
Not seeing what you are seeing. He can either pocket it, which he won't, or Veto it, where they will just override the Veto.
The other exception is to where the bill originated (not sure which chamber wrote this piece of shit). If it were proposed by the Senate, then it is still valid because this is not raising revenue, it is about spending/raiding the coffers.
US Constitution Article 1, Section 7, after the first paragraph, meaning it is a separate clause.

Pocket veto is out of the question since the Senate never technically recesses anymore.
Except on 1/2/2021.
The 116th Congress is over and the 117th begins at noon the next day. Not enough time for the NDAA, but the Pork Bill is possibly on track for a veto or a pocket veto.
If true, they should all be arrested on grounds of treason.
Article 1, Section 7...more people need to read it.

Maybe this is why he called the lunch today. To try and keep the Senate from going 2/3rds for the bill?
Maybe.
It could also be a dressing down..."Look, I have all this data about everyone and will declassify it."
Not the option I would want, but the only way these "people" are put in their place it seems.
True.
So if not enough people show up to vote for the bill, the veto stands.
Aren't ordinary American's pissed about this bill? Won't polis want to cover up the fact that they voted for the bill not vote for it again?
Does anybody truly believe that the Dem-controlled House would not reconvene to kick Americans in the dick once more because Orange Man Bad??
Exactly, after reading the objections to the Bill.

It is about raising revenue because hidden in the 5000 pages there are mentions of where the revenue is derived.

I'm clearing my schedule for the 29th.
Why arrest, we all got 5.56 rounds that will do a much more effective job.
