yeah I dont think many care about the NDAA as much as the recent stuff that takes away the Insurrection Act. the NDAA is foul but bigger issue is the latest one
It's the NDAA. Tim Pool went over it today, too. He read the passage and did his best to break it down... he (not a lawyer) isn't sure it technically stops the President from declaring it. Depending on how you read it, it may just require 'notifying' Congress.

I don't know.. I thought there was another bill added that had that. The omnibus spending.
In another thread people were saying the anti-Insurection Act paragraph was in the NDAA not the Covid bill.
