Pence CAN'T pick from electors if the republican state legislatures haven't approved them by the 6th, we have to act NOW.
Lets keep contacting the PA state legislatures. Bryan Cutler, Kerry Benninghoff, and Kim Ward should be priorities. They don't need to get permission from the courts, the executive branch, or certainly not from the democrat party. They have exclusive plenary authority to appoint any electors they see fit and decertify any that they don't want. They can do this by drafting a letter, or passing a resolution, they do not need a session to exercise their exclusive authority in the Constitution. Tell them that the time to stand is NOW! Because the democrats will keep clawing, cheating, and stealing until they transform our country into something unrecognizable. And next time, we likely won't even have the political power to stop them. Doesn't matter what district or state you live in, you don't even have to volunteer that information. Let's call, email, and tweet these folks and give them the courage they DESPERATELY NEED!!! YOU HAVE A VOICE and THEY MUST LISTEN.
