That's today... He will, he's already said he will keep fighting. He will, I'm honestly not sure why there's so much distrust or uncertainty with this. He's been one of the greatest VPs we've ever had.
They seem to be talking about 3 U.S. Code § 12 ( https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/3/12 ) but that doesn't look like it applies. That's talking about if a state fails to submit purported certificates / if they're lost in the mail. Pence has very likely received what the states intend to submit. The question is whether the he will open the envelopes / reject them on Jan 6... which that statute says nothing about. Moreover, Congress can't change the 12th Amendment. The Constitution says that Jan 6th is the day, so Jan 6th is the day. It's the only day in this process that the Constitution specifies. The rest are up to Congress, but not this one.
i dont think he will do it...but im happy to be proven wrong. the problem with me not having 100 percent confidence in VP pence is because, he is a REPUBLICAN first. he has a long political career ahead after his VP, and the GOP will back him IF he plays according to how the GOP wants him to play...but who am i to know...hope he proves me wrong...gg
he's not an idiot, 74 million LEGAL votes, those are record numbers at a time when the establishment has thrown the kitchen sink at trump trying to sink him
the people know better
siding with RINOs after the people have shown where their support and enthusiasm is would be the absolute pants-on-head retard moves
He's required to reject the invalid electors NO LATER THAN the 3rd Wed. in December, so considering he could have done it already and has not, leads me to believe he's not going to do this at all. Now he can surprise me to the upside and do it today.
Today is the 23rd

Ok. Well all of the information yesterday came out late.
There's no reason he would kill his career as VP for 4 more years over this. He knows he would never have a chance at Pres if he didn't either.
Why would you do it at start of the day? Why not wait till the fuckers are packing up to go home? Or already on their way home?
Of course he will. Try to pay attention

100% correct information in your post. Not sure where the misinformation about today is coming from.
The communist shills in our barracks trying to sow discord, confusion, doom, and defeatism.
