In a follow up he says he already has the money for it. Pretty sure you can still donate to his org though, check his twitter.

This is the way... Whoever did this should be given the Presidential medal of HONOR!!!!

meteorknife 30 points ago +30 / -0

It was originally passed in the State congress, but Kemp vetoed it. So they added it to the ballot measures in November.

Its also worth noting that this was the law until it was changed 5-10 years ago.

Now wait til the other states catch on... The train kept a rollin all night long!!!

I did! And millions of other Georgians. And we'll do it again!

If there was one issue we could all agree on, it was this issue. I mean, just look at what our officials did in our great state over the last 2 months. We had no recourse to get these slimy bastards. Zero! Now we do.

Too bad they cut down our hanging tree in Cumming square. The tree was 200+ years old and in perfect health. Mayor said it was a negative reminder of Forsyth County racists past. We could've hung the entire county board from that beautiful tree with room to spare!! And believe me a lot of us want to after the crap they've been pulling.

I'm very happy for your state... That you have a avenue to control the politicians and financially destroy them if they abuse their power. Now only if this could become a "National" thing. What do you think our country could become???

MAGA_Flocka_Flame 2 points ago +2 / -0

I want to say “the Georgia voters” but I guess that means dominion had a hand in it too technically

FlusteredPeach2 5 points ago +5 / -0

I voted for the law change.

I don’t think any public official should do whatever’s they want to claim it to be legal. If they do something outside the scope of their official capacity and they get caught, they need to pay.

I made sure to read the ballot measure a few times before committing to a Yes.

Meteorknife explained... But again I have to agree with you... Human Error???

Gotta get those stolen ten's of millions back somehow!

I love this , should be legal to sue elected officials who allow riots to get destructive also. Once they can be held accountable most of the problems in our government would disappear.

I hate big pharma and their greed. I need a twice yearly medication that costs $3000 a pop which I have to pay out of pocket thanks to Obamatax. Plus, you KNOW a cancer cure exists, along with cures for most everything else, but they sit on it because $$$$ is all that matters.

I think he's saying he's going to sue those officials who kicked out observers or misinformed them. I think its just a threat, but he's proven he can organize large crowdsourced funding efforts effectively, provide admissible court evidence of wrongdoing.

It seems to be the only thing they respect. Look at Stacy Abrams successes after she started suing Raffensberger

Pumpitrealgood 6 points ago +6 / -0

Democrats have always used lawfare, and we are just learning about how slimy things get. We need to use the exact same tactics against these criminals

4
Ldyluna 4 points ago +4 / -0

We need better, smarter tactics to win.

there we go. if 1000's of people file lawsuits against these Rino's and corrupt elections officials they might start to sing a different tune. Great NEWS!

Please Georgians, start preparing lawsuits to file against these corrupt traitors! Make their lives a living hell..

4
hloblart 4 points ago +4 / -0

Private prosecution is a thing in Georgia, is riskier, and requires more support from a lower judge though.

4
motrhed3 4 points ago +4 / -0

once these idiots get elected, do they assume they become the untouchable elites? I hope Matt has standing when he sues.

Is this setting up civil suits that small businesses will bring against out of control govenors? Isnt there something about you can't sue the government though?

IMO the secretary of state is going to jail. Reason: he tried to control the recount by asking the results to be sent directly to his office. Directly to him.

Action! Nice...

1
Latinalover 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hint: I am all about it but they don't care. Lawless politicians including Brian Kemp are paid well for what they do. A lawsuit that will be dismissed procedurally doesn't even make them lose sleep.
