In recent days I've seen farther distancing between Trumps legal team and Sydney powell.

In addition, i've seen Jenna Ellis take a solid stance against Trump using any executive action in regards to the elections.

She went farther in disagreement in that thread with many users ultimately siding that the Constitution is all that is needed to win, not executive action. In addition, that EO, insurrection is unconstitutional and would lead to something worse.
What I am not understanding is why the sudden disconnect with what seems to be the majority of peoples desires. In addition, what also represents the other end of the spectrum (Sydney Powell, Lin wood etc) i.e Executive action.
Stories of S. Powell leaving the white house for days in a row. Patrick Byrne, General Flynn both attesting to large unrest within Trumps closest counsel etc.
And now a clear division within Trumps closest allies. With one side advocating towards the Judicial Path, and the other advocating for the Executive Action path.
That The People believe that the courts are not working, and what good is the Constitution if the courts are not upholding the constitution. Jenna, as a constitutionalist believes wholeheartedly that the constitutionally supported Judicial system will right this wrong. And, is the ONLY path.
Sydney Powell and what looks like a growing, restless size of citizens no longer trust our judicial system and are looking to Trump to invoke his rightfully designated powers in order to uphold the Constitution.
Is this not concerning, and am I understanding this right?

I like Jenna and respect what she is doing, however...
If SCOTUS is compromised there is no constitutional remedy there
If the Legislatures are cowards or compromised there is no constitutional remedy there
If the judiciary and the legislative arms are broken, all that is left is the executive.
If Trump loses the free world loses. Biden will be installed as Obama's puppet at the mercy of the CCP. It's fucking over if that happens.
Thats exactly what I've been thinking: If our Judicial system is corrupt all the way up to Scotus, then who will uphold the constitution. Will that in the end be The People through action?
How is the President invoking Executive action in alignment with the will of the people unconstitutional as J. Ellis stated?
Or, does the Constitution inherently protect The People from corruption regardless of a corrupt system as J. Ellis seems to believe. And, will that ultimately, through rightful protest right itself in the coming weeks without the need for "extreme" measures?
She still has a naive view of the judiciary - She seems to think it still works with Justice as it's guiding principal. She is incorrect. The judiciary couldn't give two shits about Justice.
I believe the Legislatures are still legitimate for the most part. The difficulty here is expecting career pencil pushers to have enough courage to literally save the world.
At some point, before it's too late, executive action must be taken. The oath of office is to empower our leaders to do what must be done.
It's crazy to think that these people have no problems sending drones or the military off to the middle east somewhere to kills innocent people. This is a decision that should be virtually impossible for a righteous man to make - to kill others for no actual reason. Yet somehow we have scores of politicians that have taken an oath to defend the US yet do not have the courage to do it when we need it most and when the attack on freedom and liberty is most obvious.
Dark times are ahead.
I don’t know, but I do think the Powell-Wood thing is a red herring and also I think the Trump team may have private plans that they don’t want to broadcast for fear of giving the opponents more time to retaliate/stall/etc
hmm, I see.
Just trying to wade through all the information. Some people calling for "hold the line" jan 6th. Others saying Trump needs to do something now.
Many different paths, which I completely support. Although Im hearing " this is the only path" lately.
Yes - if you read about the potential defamation lawsuit and the requests which Rudy G. and President Trump got to preserve all information it becomes clear why the Trump Legal team had to distance themselves from Sidney Powell, unfortunately - it will all come out, I think Sidney is right that all the digital election fraud happened, but it is hard to prove without getting full access to many voting machines and tracking all server traffic etc.
