My neighbor just sold his flip house in 3 days. A fucking 2/2, old but renovated, farmhouse on 5 acres... for half a fucking mil. The house is nice but there's no other improvements on the property. I cannot wait to pull chocks and move someplace that isn't becoming infested with out of staters.
