So what happens if no alternative electors are "certified"?
I'm having a hard time divining what the actual plan is. Trump and Co. are acting like it's all under control and they aren't going anywhere, but what's the play? I don't care what it is, I just want to know so I can plan and educate myself around it.
All that tells me is that the plan relies on surprise. Which only means one thing --
