Thye hired a PR firm run by one of Perino's old buddies from the White House press office. Next day, a guy from that firm was on Perino's "news" program singing Dominion's praises and Perino was saying on another "opinion" program that Dominion should sue the people who are accusing it of enabling election fraud. Dominion still hasn't sued anybody and isn't likely to because the last thing Dominion wants is to go through discovery -- they're doing a lot of cage-rattling, and even if they file some suits, they won't go through with them.
