Unless one is a true believer in unprovable presuppositions of Neoliberal ideology, one will recognise that this “capitalism” can and does in fact lead to its own compromise when certain human beings, if there is no greater power to thwart them, by their accumulated wealth gain the power to deprive others of that freedom and voluntary exchange.
So long as there is SIN in this world, there need to exist law and the power to enforce it.
