I think they are just being this brazen because they were expecting fbi agents storming through their doors but they are now realizing the media is creating their defense...being that it's conspiracy theory. They also know that Democrat judges are not going to validate Trump's claims in the face of all the evidence. There's no "smoking gun" per say....so the judge they are going to throw all evidence out
