He filed 116 page suit yesterday as defendant against the states that did not permit their legislatures to go into session to validate the electoral delegates ie the swing states. I posted the entire suit below.

Begging the court to give permission to use one's own power is delegating that power.
He should simply reject them, claim the power to do so, and let the corrupt court challenge him on it imo.
It's a constitutional theory. All theories can be tested through action.
