This might be the big play that Rudy's been teasing - to implicate Biden/arrest Biden for treason before the EC is certified to make him ineligible (or unavailable) to serve as the Dem Candidate for President. If the ticket isn't filled, then EC votes for the only candidate in the room that's not in jail.
