I'm old enough to remember "Rush Rooms". Me and a friend at work would stop into a little Chinese restaurant for lunch a few times a month and the place was 80% carry-out.

We explained the Rush Room concept to the owner one day. A month later the place was packed at lunch, and what a damn fine group of people.
