Not sure if you noticed this week, democrat/republican there is no difference. Both parties are only interested in personal political power and overseas deals that line their pockets and their friends and families pockets.
The American people are just slaves to the system.
To reject any slate of electors you need one Senator and one Representative to object to them and then a majority vote in each chamber. If a VP could simply disregard electors at will imagine what Gore or Biden would have done.
