Defund the ATF. Alcohol, legal. Tobacco, legal. Firearms, legal.

Their job is to make things that are legal, illegal. Ideally we would abolish them, but I'd settle for defund them and move their HQ out of DC and set them up in Alaska or somewhere far from K street.
