As far as I understand it, yes. It was a date meant to compensate for missing electoral ballots, in case the pony express failed to deliver them properly.

Hopefully a few lawsuits will have been heard by Jan 6. And a few states rescind their fraudulent certifications. And millions of Patriots surround Congress.
