There's always been a lot of that in the world (false stories propping up corrupt empires.) Think of being told that "the King is a God" or "the Chief has to perform human sacrifices or the sun won't rise tomorrow." You need to divide your time between living your own life and taking care of your own family as best you can and "fighting the system".
40 years from now there will still be corruption and injustice to fight somewhere.
Just like you can't give all your money to homeless people you can't give all your time to fighting worthy causes if it means you end up homeless or dead yourself.
Trump is taking on the swamp. We can help him take on the swamp but we don't all have to volunteer for suicide missions. You just need to pick your battles. Maybe Trump can bring down some of the corrupt elements of our own government behind 9/11 in his second term. You need to find some "work/life balance" with this stuff.
This is so true. I've found myself mentally exhausted just reading TDW and browsing articles/videos these past few months, so much that I get headaches. I took a break yesterday for the better part of the day and it worked wonders. I just have to remind myself that there's only so much that I can control, but there are millions of others who are in the same boat and who will not abide this.
Pick your battles indeed. I've been redpilled about 9/11 since 2011, and I bought a plane ticket to head to DC on Jan 6. I don't know what's happening, but everyone who's paid attention to these matters would probably tell you that things are coalescing and the truth is being unveiled on a greater scale than I would have imagined years ago.
The best way I’ve learned to “cope” is reading the Bible. To know that there is a source of truth that is not manipulated or “fake news” that comes from the creator of the universe himself and is applicable to current situations is comforting and refreshing.
“For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. “ -Hebrews 4:12
Serious question how do you cope with this shit?
I feel like I’m losing my mind.

The Word of God is what gets me through. I'm thankful to wake up every morning, regardless of life's circumstances.
This verse is very relevant to explaining the root cause of why you're feeling like you're losing your mind.
Ecclesiastes 1:18
For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.
It seems "Ignorance is bliss" is based on Biblical truth albeit extremely watered down for the masses.
Here 3 verses that might not make it into a typical sermon but I reflect on from time to time when questioning the motivation of these people.
Proverbs 8:36
But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.
1 John 3:14
We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
1 John 4:8
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

Put your hope in Jesus Christ. Don't put your hope in this world.
Please read this whole Psalm and see how relevant it is for all of us right now.
"Vindicate me, O God, and defend my cause against an ungodly people, from the deceitful and unjust man deliver me!
For you are the God in whom I take refuge; why have you rejected me?
Why do I go about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
Send out your light and your truth; let them lead me; let them bring me to your holy hill and to your dwelling!
Then I will go to the altar of God, to God my exceeding joy, and I will praise you with the lyre, O God, my God.
Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God."
Psalm 43:1-5
