Assange was just a publisher. Snowden actually stole documents... then ran to Putin. I could be dead wrong. But I do not think Snowden will ever see a pardon.
As I said elsewhere, Trump has certainly seen the evidence of Snowden’s actions and how they are directly tied to American (and allies) deaths. The only reason he might pardon him is just to piss of Hilary and the left. But he beat her. He can’t be that petty just to troll people, right? He probably has a line of people a mile long waiting outside the Oval just begging him to not even consider pardoning that rat fink faggot.
