We live in Florida. She told me today there was a post on Nextdoor saying "We just moved here from New York!"
She responded, "That's great, but leave your New York politics behind and don't bring those problems here!"
She got a message not ling after saying she was locked out for being political. She was so proud telling me. Brought a tear to my eye. Like mother, like daughter!
Fuck NY and Next door. I live in TX and I told a MI newcomer before thanks giving that we have what we have because we do what it takes to keep it. He got up from the chair hooting and hollering. My 5 yr old doesn't play with his kid any longer. They have to learn. Might as well lay it on them from the beginning.
That's exactly what these people need to understand. Our states are awesome BECAUSE we have the policies that we do. Rick Scott was one of the 6 Republicans who voted against the omnibus. And that will all change if they bring their MI and NY mentalities with them.
