We live in Florida. She told me today there was a post on Nextdoor saying "We just moved here from New York!"
She responded, "That's great, but leave your New York politics behind and don't bring those problems here!"
She got a message not ling after saying she was locked out for being political. She was so proud telling me. Brought a tear to my eye. Like mother, like daughter!

Around the 4th of July, the feed was full of "You stupid rednecks with your guns and fireworks scare my dogs". But that was somehow okay.
