She responded, "That's great, but leave your New York politics behind and don't bring those problems here!"
She got a message not ling after saying she was locked out for being political. She was so proud telling me. Brought a tear to my eye. Like mother, like daughter!

That's pretty funny - even New Yorkers hate New Yorkers 😅 a few years ago, my husband and I were discussing the possibility of moving to Plattsburgh because he has a job site there. A woman overheard us and begged us not to, "the governor is corrupt and the taxes are way too high". So glad we didn't move anywhere. We would have been screwed.
