Yes, sort of. In the same decision, the judge ruled that each of them will have to be challenged individually, which is exactly what Trump team is doing in WI (IIRC, I heard that from Rudy on Bannon, but I may be mistaken).

It’s true and it has been out there a while, but the below is true that they have to each be challenged and adjudicated individually to determine whether each person has the right to claim the status that was claimed to be able to vote by mail.
