If it does put tracking cookies, write a little bot that checks his twitter feed every few minutes, scrapes the text, date, and the link, and embed that in a box on the side. Would take perhaps a few hours instead of a few minutes, but still wouldn't be that hard. Could power the box either with JS/AJAX, or the lazy way would be to make an iframe to an internal page the robot script updates HTML formatted updates into.
I reckon is a much better solution than stickying all of his tweets, anyhow...

It's not as easy as it seems. When he tweets, there are usually multiple posts. Which one do you sticky? All of them? 1 at random? The 'best' one? This is why we have mods.
Embed a twitter feed box to his feed, unless doing so puts Twitter tracking cookies on the site. Would take just a few minutes to fully implement.

They all get posted almost immediately and stickied pretty quick. It sounds good to me but wouldn’t speed it up much.
